UAB Bone Marrow Transplantation Program.
The Bone Marrow Transplantation Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham provides the entire range of blood and bone marrow transplant options for patients from Alabama and surrounding states. These include self donor, matched and partially matched family member donor, unrelated donor, and umbilical cord blood transplants for malignant and non-malignant diseases of bone marrow and some other malignancies.
comIT is providing design, development and mentoring services to the Bone Marrow Transplantation Program by enhancing and refactoring custom applications implemented in Delphi using an Oracle database. In addition to adding new features, the existing programs are being made Windows like by adding Win32 controls as well as improving the user experience and work flow.
